Cancellation Policy: Board Room – $50 will be due if cancelled 25 days or less before event date. Main Banquet Area – 50% of total booking cost will be due if cancelled 90 days or less before event date.

Guidelines
- Absolutely NO outside alcohol beverages allowed. Drinks may not leave the premises.
- Setup occurs the day of the event. Will be allowed (1) hour set up for partial day rental and (2) hour set up for full day rental. Cleanup must be completed prior to end of rental period.
- Items may not be taken off walls or hung on walls without prior permission. Only contractors tape is allowed. No duct tape or other tapes are allowed.
- Rental party is responsible for setup needs (extension chords, table linens, etc.)
- Facility closes at 12:00 a.m.
- Bar tabs and drink ticket arrangements require a 20% minimum gratuity.
- The renter is responsible for any damage.
