The following rates are standard for all events and shall be paid upon the booking of the event:
$225.00 for Non-Members or $150.00 for Poco Creek or Vet’s Club Members
- $150.00 reservation fee for non-members; or
- $75.00 reservation fee for Poco Creek or Vet’s Club Members
- $75.00 damage/cleaning deposit which will be returned to the Renter upon settlement, minus any charges for additional cleaning and/or actual damages done to the venue by Renter or his/her associates.
